This office management type position is for the role of Conveyancing and Compliance Officer. This is a contract based position.

This person is a key component to our company’s success by ensuring that all transaction files are compliant with the real estate industries regulatory body’s bylaws. This position also serves to facilitate the completion of transactions by way of file collection, review and storage and by completing legal instructions to all necessary parties.

Job responsibilities are:

  • File Management – Online & Minor Physical.
  • Completing Real Estate Instructions to Solicitors
  • Compliance Audits on Transactional Files
  • Marketing (Optional and in addition to contract amount)

The right person for this position should be/have:

  • Organized
  • Strong File Management Skills
  • Diligent
  • Reading and Vocabulary Competency
  • Competent in Excel and Office Software an asset (but not a must)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Discreet and Confidential

This position is casual/part time and wage will be based off a few key factors. This position is expectation is for 6-8 hours per week with expected incremental increases. This person must have an open schedule and be available to work as needed which may include small portions in evening or times during weekends.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
