POSITION SUMMARY:

The Call Centre Leasing Agent performs the administrative duties and works closely with the Resident Managers. Responsibilities include being the point of contact for all prospective residents. The Leasing Agent will answer all phone calls, emails and provide a superior level of customer service to prospective residents


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leasing
& Administration
  • Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective resident callers
  • Schedule and confirm viewings with prospective residents and Resident Managers
  • Answer all phone calls and email inquires providing leasing information as outlined in Realstar’s policies
  • Compile and update listing documents with summaries of available suites
  • Relay accurate detailed information as requested
  • Proof, scan and file documents
Marketing & Business Development
  • Maintain an overall focus on enhancing the customer experience
  • Communicate with prospective residents requiring information
  • Assist Regional Coordinator of Marketing & Development where required
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales
– Excellent written and oral communication skills
– Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
– Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
– Self starter with high degree of initiative, creativity and flexibility
– Experience with leasing apartments or selling condominiums an asset
– Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in French & English (required)
