We are a reputable Real Estate Brokerage currently looking for a detail-oriented, reliable full-time Copywriter to join our Marketing team. The ideal individual will have exceptional copywriting and research skills, a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Within this position, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of duties and grow within the company. Areas of skills include:

• Create engaging marketing content including, but not limited to, website rebranding, emails, newsletters, social media posts, articles, and scripts for real estate videos

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in written English

• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet tight deadlines and projects

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to execute marketing content and provide administrative assistance when required

• Revise writing content based on management’s team feedback and vision

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Optimize the content on the website to get better conversions and deliver a better user experience

• Knowledgeable in digital marketing, content marketing and/or social media marketing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required for administration work

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in English or Journalism

• Previous creative writing and/or content marketing experience will be an asset. Related work experience in Real Estate is not mandatory
