Property Manager – LEYAD – Montréal, QC

Job Summary:

The Property Manager will work with the existing team of property managers on the acquisition and integration of new multifamily buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the turning of all units (move outs, move ins, etc.)
• Managing all building related issues
• Ensuring top tenant satisfaction and retention
• Keeping contact with all various suppliers, technicians, etc. as needed and scheduling regular visits/inspections
• Coordinating renovation work with contractors
• Coordinating site visits with designers/architects for building plans
• Applying for all city permits and coordinating with the city for all work as needed with the Senior Property Manager
• Arranging quotes for various work under the supervision of the Property Manager and meeting specialists on site as needed
• Going to the rental board as needed

Ideal candidate is:

• Friendly and optimistic
• Highly organized
• Interested in fast growing company/real estate
• Experience working in real estate is a + but not required
• English and French required, Spanish is an asset

Salary:

$50,000 – $75,000, depending on experience
Health + dental benefits
Discretionary year end bonus
