G&E is searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs. As self-motivated and efficient team worker, you have superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit and format documents and correspondence.
  • Liaison with brokers,potential customers and visitors
  • An autonomous worker who is driven to seek out tasks
  • Provide administrative support to Resale Team.
  • Must have a work ethic that is focused on organization, cleanliness, and order.
  • An experienced administrator who is comfortable and likes working in a quiet environment and comfortable with data entry.
  • Provide good customer service on the phone or via email with outside clients
  • Working with multiple systems, both physical and digital, to keep all files organized
  • Maintain and communicate effectively with clients and ensure that any areas of concern are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
  • Assist the planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls and complete meeting minutes.
  • Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration

Qualifications and Experience

  • Two (2) years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities of the position, in particular in secretarial and administrative support.
  • Ability to work quickly within multiple programs and internet tabs at the same time
  • Eager and quick to learn new software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of dotloop is a great advantage.
  • Excellent written in English/French.

Expected start date: 2022-01-17

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
