Who are we?
Real estate agency RE/MAX BonBini has grown in recent years into the largest and best selling real estate agency on Curaçao. The office was established in 2005. Now, more than 15 years later, RE/MAX BonBini has two offices. Located at the entrance of the Bluebay Resort and on the Caracasbaaiweg.
Our team does not stand still, but is always on the move, always looking for new ideas where the customer’s wishes are the most important starting point. All employees have the same goal: to provide the customer with the best possible service. Every day again.

Who are you?
– You are a professional salesman and you enjoy working with people;
– You are good at networking and building relationships;
– Due to its international character, you have a command of the English language. Papiamento and Dutch is an advantage;
– Work experience as an independent sales agent in America/Canada is an advantage.

Thus you receive lots of emails from buyers, investors and home owners who want to buy a property or who are looking to sell. Buyers from abroad can easily find our main offices which are located in the heart of Willemstad. The RE/MAX logo is one of the best known logo’s in the world today. You become part of a worldwide organization with more than 100,000 Sales Associates in more than 100 countries. All of these Sales-Associates work with you through the international referral system.
RE/MAX BonBini will also provide you with a number of activities. We ensures the offices’ reputation, publicity, support, management, administration and training. You do not have to deal with contracts and day to day activities in the office. You can spend 100% of your time to do what you do best: Sell or rent real estate.

What does that mean to you?
That sounds great, right? However, there are some obligations involved:
Besides the fact that we expect you to be a team player and a professional, there are a number of financial obligations. Every month you pay RE/MAX BonBini a fee for management and office costs. You also pay a percentage of your earned commissions to the office. A part of this fee goes to RE/MAX Region, the other part is for the RE/MAX BonBini to pay for the office rent, secretary, office equipment and administration. A large part of the commissions you earned is for you!
